So easy and so delicious!
4 diced chicken breasts
2 garlic cloves
200ml of chicken stock (dissolve stock cube into 200ml of boiling water)
400ml of double cream
1. Fry the diced chicken with chopped garlic until fully cooked through.
2. Add the chicken stock and cream and season with black pepper.
3. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
I serve mince with roast potatoes and green veg. I also bake a sheet of puff pastry and place a square of it on top the chicken.
It such a delicious meal and is a definite family favourite in our house.
